Some good, some bad!
The Penguins won the awesome game at the RBC center with good sight lines and comfortable seats. RBC personnel, helpful and friendly, made the experience even better. The food concession and customer service were simply awful, with the stand for section 205-206 being a complete shipwreck. I ordered a cheeseburger, plain, a hot dog plain, and a tub of popcorn, but the experience was marred by a long wait and incorrect orders. The server mentioned they were too busy to get the orders right, as they had run out of hot dogs by the 1st intermission. It took a supervisor intervention to address the issues, with customer service being non-existent. Despite the great venue, the horrible food service left a lot to be desired. My wife even tossed the hamburger due to its poor quality.
